My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were to a very good standard, super clean, and spacious with a nice balcony to admire the mountains. However, I wish they had better lighting and more comfortable pillows. The service was top-notch, especially the help with a transfer when our shuttle didn't show up. The location was perfect, right in the center of Chamonix with plenty of amenities nearby. The dining experience was great with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful stay!
